Settings
Your settings page is the central hub for configuring how Aria behaves, who can access your account, and which channels are connected.
AI Persona
Control how Aria presents itself to your leads:
- Name — the display name Aria uses in conversations (e.g., “Sarah from PropertyHub”)
- Tone — choose from Professional, Friendly, or Casual to match your brand voice
- CTA — set the primary call-to-action that Aria steers conversations toward (e.g., “Book a viewing”)

Channels
Connect and manage your messaging channels:
- WhatsApp — scan the QR code to link your WhatsApp Business number. Only one device can be active per number at a time
- Google Calendar — connect your calendar so Aria can check availability and create bookings automatically
- Messenger — available on Scale plan and above. Connect your Facebook Page to receive and respond to Messenger leads
Each channel shows its connection status (Connected, Disconnected, or Syncing). If a channel drops, click Reconnect to re-link it.
WhatsApp sessions expire after 24 hours of inactivity. If your session drops, simply revisit Settings and scan the QR code again.
Templates
Customise the automated messages Aria sends at key moments:

| Booking Confirm | Immediately after a booking is created |
| Booking Reminder | 24 hours before the appointment |
| Handoff | When Aria transfers a conversation to a human team member |
Each template supports variables like {name}, {property_name}, and {booking_date}. Edit any template by clicking on it, making your changes, and clicking Save.
CTA Configuration
Set the actions Aria tries to drive leads toward:
- Primary CTA — the main goal (e.g., “Book a Viewing”, “Request a Quote”, “Schedule a Call”)
- Secondary CTA — a fallback if the lead is not ready for the primary action (e.g., “Send me more info”, “View price list”)
Aria uses these CTAs to guide conversations naturally. Changing your CTAs takes effect immediately across all new conversations.
Team Management
Team management is available on Scale plan and above.
Invite team members and control their access:
- Click Invite Member
- Enter their email address
- Choose a role:
- Admin — full access to all settings, billing, and data
- Agent — can view and respond to leads, but cannot change settings or billing
- Viewer — read-only access to the dashboard and analytics
- Click Send Invite
To remove a team member, click the three-dot menu next to their name and select Remove. Their access is revoked immediately.
Account
Under Account, you can:
- Update your business name and contact details
- Change your password
- Export your data (see PDPA Compliance)
- Cancel your subscription (see Billing)
