All plans are billed quarterly. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time — changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Usage Tracking
The token meter on your billing page shows how much of your monthly AI reply allowance you have used. The bar fills as Aria handles conversations throughout the month.
- Green — under 70% of your limit
- Amber — between 70% and 90%
- Red — over 90%
You will receive a WhatsApp notification when you hit 80% and again at 95%.
Overage
If you exceed your monthly AI reply limit, Aria keeps working. Conversations are never cut off mid-flow. Overage is billed at RM0.125 per 1,000 tokens at the end of the month, charged to your card on file.
A typical AI reply uses 300-500 tokens. Overage charges are small — most businesses see less than RM20/month in overage even on busy months.
Invoice History
All invoices are available under Billing → Invoices. Each invoice shows:
- Billing period
- Plan charges
- Any overage charges
- Payment method used
- Download link (PDF)
Payment Methods
You can pay by credit card, debit card, or FPX (Malaysian online banking). Update your payment method anytime from the billing page.
Cancellation
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Settings → Account
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
- All your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation
Aria offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, request a full refund from the billing page or email jkydynasty@gmail.com.
Upgrading
Click Upgrade on the billing page to move to a higher plan. The upgrade takes effect immediately, and you are only charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current quarter.
